“… to issue a writ, order of direction more particularly one in the nature of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not providing the required staff, not enhancing and releasing the sanctioned budget, not providing sufficient accommodation, infrastructure, not releasing the salaries, honorarium, etc., as being illegal, arbitrary, capricious, mala fide, unconstitutional, discriminatory, contrary to the G.O. Ms. No.2478 dated 3-6- 2013, and G.O. Ms. No.351 dated 30-04-1979.”
In our view, the petitioner has no locus to file the writ petition, as the grievance relates to the Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Commission and its employees and they have locus to approach an appropriate forum for the relief.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed on the ground that the petitioner has no locus. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
