Heard Sri Manish Goyal learned counsel for the appellant and the learned standing counsel.
We have perused the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge and have also perused the record.
There is no denial of the fact that the petitioner appellant was a contractual employee and whose contract itself has come to an end, even the writ petition was not maintainable.
We see no reason to interfere with the order of learned Single Judge.
The special appeal lacks merit and is dismissed. No costs.
