These writ petitions are filed by the students who were similarly situated to the students in the judgment of this Court in WP(C).No.15983 of 2010. These students and other students referred in the above judgment were completed the ITI course from private ITI and Government ITI. The affiliation was granted subsequent to the course. This Court held that since National Council for Vocational Training has no case that the facilities acquired by the Institute is only in 2004 and for the course study imparted to the students prior to the said year the Institute did not have the facilities they should be given National Trade Certificate. The above judgment is squarely covers this case also. In view of the above, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be a direction to the National Council for Vocational Training to issue National Trade Certificate to WP(C).Nos.12143 & 15866/2013.
2 the petitioners based on the provisional certificate issued by the State Council for Vocational Training. Needful shall be done within a period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
