1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will at Arya Samaj Mandir, Krishna Nagar, Prayag on 13.12.2019 and the family members are harassing them. They have also applied for On-line registration of the marriage under the Rules of 2017.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Madanpur, District Deoria, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
