1. Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that he does not want to press the prayers and seeks liberty to move the appropriate authority with the prayer to give protection to petitioners in view of Government Order dated 31st August, 2019.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents-1 to 3, has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
