JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No.95972 of 2019) This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Heard Sri Anand Kumar holding brief of Sri D.K.Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
