A.M.Shaffique, J This petition is filed in the form of a public interest litigation seeking for a direction to maintain the panchayat building/bus shelter, which is the subject matter in Writ Appeal No.829 of 2014. In fact the issue which has been considered by this court in Writ Appeal No.829 of 2014 is between the contesting parties. Hence we are of the view that this writ petition cannot be treated as a public interest litigation since the contesting parties have already been heard and the matter decided in W.A. No.829 of 2014. In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed.
