In the light of settlement arrived between parties before Family Court, Pathanamthitta, which again needs some modifications, as submitted by learned counsel for petitioner, as she is now working at Ernakulam, we are of the opinion, the petition can be closed, leaving open to the parties to pursue their rights before the Family Court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
