These Writ Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-

Sri.Vivek Holla, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not intend to challenge the impugned order insofar as it pertains to I.A.No.7 and he withdraws the challenge to the impugned order insofar as it pertains to I.A.No.7 and therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate application before the Family Court.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
3. In view of the dismissal of the writ petitions, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is accordingly, dismissed.
