JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is issued with Secondary School Examination Certificate by the CBSE. Petitioner wants to correct the name of the parents in the certificate. It is on account of the non consideration of the application, the petitioner has approached this Court. The learned Standing Counsel for the Board submits that the petitioner has to submit all the requisite documents in terms of Bylaw 69.1 and if the petitioner satisfies the conditions therein, it will be considered in accordance with law. Therefore, the petitioner shall make available all the requisite documents in terms of Bylaw 69.1 and based on the above, necessary action shall be taken by the first respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such documents.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
