Though the petitioner is aggrieved with the non-implementation of Ext.P1 in the above writ petition, the Government Pleader submits that, pursuant to Ext.P2 judgment of the Division Bench, the Government has cancelled Ext.P1. In such circumstances, there is no question of implementation of Ext.P1. Writ petition is, hence, dismissed.
