The petitioner contends that the respondent no. 4 is not carrying out instructions given to it by U.P. Avas Vikash Parishad through Executive Engineer vide letter dated 2nd August, 2017.
Having considered the submissions raised, we direct respondent no. 4 to carry out demarcation proceeding as desired by the Executive Engineer under the letter dated 2.8.2017 in accordance with law and intimate the authority accordingly within period of eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
