Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No.11 of 2021 (Old Case No.515 of 2019) (Swatantra Kumar Chaubey Vs. Shubham Jaiswal), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi, pending before the Additional Court, Varanasi within time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since long time and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
