Proceedings in question are under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “Act, 2002) and it is admitted that petitioner has statutory alternative remedy before Debt Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad. Hence, we find no reason to interfere.

2. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
