Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.7.2021 passed by the respondent no. 2.
The petitioner has alternative remedy by way of filing revision.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitions submits that the revision may be time barred.
In the interest of justice, it is provided that in case the petitioner files revision as per statutory provisions within a period of three weeks, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority without raising objection regarding limitation.
It is made clear that this Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
With the aforesaid observation, present petition stands dismissed.
