As more than three years have elapsed since the issuance of the impugned notices and no further proceedings have been taken up by the respondent – Bank, therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner that the properties would be put up for sale/auction is without any basis.
In view of the above, we find no merit in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending consideration shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
