O R D E R These appeals are disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.56488-90/2016, W.P.No.46964/2016, W.P.Nos.53571-574/2016 and also W.A.No.5410/2012 and connected matters, wherein the validity of Regulation 7.2 of VTU is upheld. In terms of the same, these petitions are disposed of.
It is needless to mention that petitioners are at liberty to appear for the crash course examination, if they have already applied for. Respondents shall consider their applications and permit the petitioners to appear for the ensuing crash course examination.
