JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel(s) for the opposite parties have submitted that they have received complete instructions in the matter and ten days' time may be granted to them to file their counter affidavits.
Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer, Hardoi has apprised the Court that the services of petitioner Nos.22 to 25 have already been dispensed with by the Service Provider, therefore, they cannot be party in this writ petition.
On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that since the petitioner Nos.22 to 25 have not yet been informed about the aforesaid fact but even otherwise if this fact is correct, he would not press the writ petition on behalf of petitioner Nos.22 to 25.
List on 10.05.2018 as fresh to enable the learned counsel(s) for the opposite parties to file their respective counter affidavits.
In the meantime, if any selection is made on the post in question, the same shall be subject to further orders of this Court.
