The petitioner has approached the revenue officials for effecting transfer of registry based on Ext.P1 deed. Ext.P2 is the application for effecting mutation. It seems there is a suit is pending as OS.No.1076 of 2014. According to the petitioner, that is only regarding the passage of this property and not with respect to the proprietary interest of the property. It seems that the revenue officials are conducting enquiry and application will be taken into for its logical conclusion after hearing the petitioner and affected parties. In view of the above the second respondent shall report before the first respondent, the first respondent after hearing the petitioner and any person referred in the report of the Village Officer shall take a decision within a period of six weeks.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
