The petitioner, the owner of stage carriage No. KL-13/F-4455, applied for and the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) granted a regular permit on the route Kanhirakolly - Chedikkulam - Valathode - Randamkadavu. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent, the Secretary, RTA, to issue regular permit granted to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL- 13/F-4455 on the route Kanhirakolly - Chedikkulam - Valathode - Randamkadavu..

In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority to convene a timing conference with respect to the settlement of timing of the petitioner's vehicle within a period of two months from today. The regular permit shall be issued on the W.P.(C) No.25869 of 2014 - G 2 proposed timings within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say, such issuance of regular permit will be subject to the final settlement of timings as directed above.
The writ petition is disposed of.
