1. RULE, subject to the condition that both sides shall be at liberty to raise all contentions at the time of final hearing of the present petition.
2. It is reported that the authority concerned has yet not completed adjudication regarding quantification of the amount.
3. It is, therefore, observed that if the competent authority completes the quantification and serves it upon the petitioner, then the amount as quantified by the competent authority shall be deposited by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such order from the competent authority.
4. On receipt of such amount, the Registry shall invest it in Fixed Deposit with any nationalized Bank, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time. The interest accruing on such Deposit shall be accumulated.
