1. The applicant herein has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"(ii) Your Lordship may be pleased to quash and set aside the order of the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court on dated 02.08.2011 in Special C.A. No.3243/2011 (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice H.K.Rathod) in interest of justice. And passed the order for giving interim relief for the stay on execution of order of learned Gujarat Primary Eduction Tribunal, Ahmedabad on dated 12.08.2005 till to the final hearing of the Special C.A. No.3243/2011."
2. The said order dated 2nd August 2011 has been passed by the learned Single Judge (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice H.K.Rathod, as His Lordship then was) in Special Civil Application No.3243 of 2011.
3. This Court being Coordinate Bench, cannot set aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
4. Therefore, the application cannot be entertained and the relief prayed for in present application cannot be granted.
5. Even otherwise, in view of the submissions made by learned Advocate for opponent, the application does not deserve to be entertained, inasmuch as it is given out by learned counsel for the opponent that the order dated 2nd August 2011 passed in SCA No.3243 of 2011 was carried in appeal by way of Letters Patent Appeal No.1333 of 2011 and the said appeal has been rejected by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 9th September 2011.
6. For the aforesaid reasons the application cannot be granted and is hereby rejected.
