Having considered the submissions advanced, so also considering the avements made in this application, which are supported by the affidavit of the partner of the applicant-firm as well as considering the reply filed by the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that the delay of 43 days caused in preferring the Appeal from Order has been aptly and sufficiently explained and deserves condonation.

For the foregoing reasons, the delay of 43 days caused in preferring Appeal from Order is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
