"Learned Standing Counsel has placed reliance upon a Division Bench judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 49126 of 2016 ( Pooran Singh Manral and another Vs. State of U.P. and others) in order to contend that an employee of Auto Tractors Ltd. Pratapgarh is not an employee of Government so as to be covered under Article 361 of the Civil Service Regulations.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner may examine this aspect of the matter.
Put up in the additional cause list on 16.8.2018."
The matter was adjourned on 16.8.2018 and 18.8.2018.
Today also, when the matter is taken up in the revised call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to advance submission in terms of the aforesaid order.
Writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
