Petitioner wants security on his personal expenses. He was granted security by the Administration in the past for a period of one month.
The petitioner for the purposes of security has submitted a representation/application dated 08.01.2018 to the S.P. Hamirpur.
The petitioner may apply for security in accordance with the Government Order dated 09.05.2014/01.01.2016 to the appropriate authority and in case any such application is made it shall be processed and decided most expeditiously within a period of six weeks of the making of the application.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
