Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 03231 of 2018 (Awadhesh Vs. Sri Shivji) under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 2006 pending before Naib Tehsildar Sadar, Tehsil- Sadar, District-mau, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 03231 of 2018 (Awadhesh Vs. Sri Shivji) under Section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 2006 pending before Naib Tehsildar Sadar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-mau, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
