WAMP.Nos.22309, 22310 and 22311 of 2007 are disposed of without passing any order. However, liberty is given to the review petitioner to bring fresh action in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
It appears that pursuant to the order sought to be recalled, the review petitioner’s property was demolished. It would be open for the review petitioner to take appropriate measures for damages and compensation in accordance with law, if so advised before appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
