S.V.Shyamkumar vs Antony Chacko

Standing Counsel had produced copy of an order issued by the respondent, dated 19-11-2014 which is in compliance of the directions contained in the judgment. In view of the said order this court do not propose to proceed further in this contempt of court case. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved in any manner.

Hence the contempt of court case is hereby closed, subject to liberty reserved as mentioned above.
