Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J.
1. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing orders dated 17.7.2018, 13.6.2018(Annexures- 2 and 3) and recovery certificate dated 22.5.2019 (Annexure No.4).
2. Mr. Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition, or take instructions whether appeal is required to be filed.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
