Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor/second respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not deposited the amount as directed by this Court in the writ petition and in the meanwhile, an order of confiscation was passed by the competent authority and another writ petition was also filed challenging the confiscation order.

2.In view of the above submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
