JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the third respondent to relieve the petitioner as per the Transfer order dated 29.05.2013 passed by the second respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner also made a submission that he is unable to get any further instructions from the writ petitioner in this regard. However, this Court is of the opinion that the relieving order, after this length of 3 years from the date of issue of the transfer order, cannot be granted.
3.Thus, no further adjudication is required on merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 06.11.2017 kak To
