Learned advocate for the appellant has consistently sought adjournment since 31.01.2012. On earlier occasion he sought time to file affidavit to the effect that no assessment order is received in spite of the provisions of the I.T. Act. He has not produced the affidavit to that effect. Today, in the mentioning he made an endevour to seek adjournment which is declined by this Court. From the record it appears that there is no evidence of claimant and his cross examination. Learned advocate for the appellant requests for time of one week time to get the evidence of the claimant. In the interest of justice, as a last chance, matter is adjourned to 06.03.2012.
