This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to effect mutation and all entries under the Transfer of Registry Rules, 1966 as regards the property owned by the petitioner as per document Nos.2344/08, 2345/08 and 1112/11 of Ollukkara Sub Registry.

Learned Government Pleader on getting instructions from the Tahsildar (R.R.), Thrissur, states that the petitioner's land is not included in the attached land of 2 acres and instruction has been given to the Village Officer, Pananchery that the petitioner's land does not come under the revenue recovery proceedings and that the said respondent has no objection in doing the pokkuvaravu.
3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the third respondent to complete the procedure with regard to the transfer of registry sought for by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If the second respondent has not formally communicated the no objection to the Village Officer so far, the W.P.(C).No.23927/11 -2-
same also will be done in the meantime.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
