Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Datta Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 7.03.2017 passed by Bank, by which Ex-Gratia lumpsum amount in lieu of compassionate appointment was rejected after death of husband of the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
