The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner died while in service. She claims that although the family pension is being paid, however, the petitioner is entitled to revised family pension as well as revised grades to which husband of the petitioner was entitled but has not been paid and a detailed representation has been moved by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 2.
In view of the fact that the matter is already engaging the attention of the Respondent No. 2, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon the petitioner to file a fresh representation ventilating her grievances along with a copy of this order and the writ petition. In case any such, representation is filed, the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of a web generated copy of this order.
