Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 03.01.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Allahabad in transfer application no.349 of 2018(Rishi Sahu Vs. State) under Section 409 Cr.P.C. arising out of Sessions Trial No.609 of 2016(State Vs. Rishi Sahu) in case crime no.24 of 2016 under Sections 328, 376, 385, 506, 507 IPC, Police Station-Atarsuiya, District- Allahabad.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C is totally misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
Office is directed to return the certified copies to the learned counsel for the applicant within a period of 15 days after having photocopies of the same.
