Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Bearing in mind the fact that the order-sheet indicates that 1 July 2019 has been fixed for framing of issues no cause arises for issuance of any independent directions for disposal of the suit except to observe that the Civil Judge (Junior Division) City Jaunpur before whom Suit No. 1495 of 2015 is pending shall endeavour to conclude the said suit with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
