Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the Mutation Case No. 103970/2018 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Sushma vs. Ram Ganesh) pending before the court of Nayab Tehsildar-Gauri Bazar, District Deoria.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application before the second respondent, Nayab Tehsildar, Gauri Bazar, District Deoria. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the second respondent, expeditiously.
