Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The grievance of the petitioner is that although she retired in August 2019 the amounts payable to her under the head of leave encashment, gratuity and other retiral benefits have not been released till date.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition shall stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the fifth respondent in the first instance by filing a detailed representation in support of her claim as noticed above within a period of two weeks from today. Subject to complying with the aforesaid directions, the fifth respondent is hereby commanded to duly examine the claim of the petitioner and take a reasoned decision in respect thereof with expedition and preferably within a period of one month therefrom.
Accordingly this petition shall stand disposed of.
