Shri K.K. Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that there is an inordinate delay in filing the writ petition. However, he prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit raising all the pleas available to the respondents including the plea of limitation.
The Petitioner, if so advised, may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
When the case is next listed the name of Shri K.K. Pandey shall be printed in the cause list as counsel for the respondent.
