JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Krishan Kanhaya Pal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and Ms. Neelam Singh, holding brief of Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned Counsel for the respondent no. 4/complainant.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, Sushma Randev, seeking to quash the First Information Report registered as F.I.R. No. 0038 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Manaknagar, District Lucknow.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the respondent no.4, who has lodged the impugned F.I.R. The marriage of the petitioner's son, namely, Abhishek Randev was solemnized with respondent no.4 on 03.06.2015. Thereafter, petitioner's son and respondent no.4 gone to America in the year 2015. After returning from America in the year 2018, respondent no.4 has lodged the impugned F.I.R. with oblique motive and just to harass the petitioner.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that husband of the petitioner, Sushil Kumar Randev, and son of the petitioner, Abhishek Randev, have also filed writ petition nos. 12372 of 2020 (M/B) and 12637 of 2020 (M/B), respectively, before this Court, challenging the F.I.R., which is impugned in the present writ petition. In the said writ petitions, interim protection has been granted in favour of the husband of the petitioner and son of the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner is aged about 72 years.
Learned AGA, on the other hand, submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been prepared and it is in the process to submit before the Court concerned.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Investigating Officer is directed to submit the police report under Section 173 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the competent Court within two weeks from today.
Till two weeks or till submission of the police report, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
