ORDER Learned counsel for the appellant files a memo stating that petition is filed against the order dated 27.04.2019 passed by the MMTC IV, Bengaluru, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that instead of filing the appeal before the District and Sessions Court, the appellant has wrongly preferred the above appeal before this Hon’ble Court. Hence, learned counsel for appellant do not press the above appeal.
The said memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, criminal appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
