The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that orders were not being passed on his application filed under Section 33 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 despite there being a report of the Lekpal in his favour.
It is, therefore, directed that the said case be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
