The present petition is directed against the suspension order dated 27.05.2021.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
It is open for the petitioner to challenge the termination order in accordance with the relevant provisions or avail such other remedy as is available in law.
