The petitioners only contention is that the document produced at Ext.P2, a release deed, was refused to be registered stating that the executant of Ext.P2 derived his title from an unregistered Will, the later of which is produced herein as Ext.P1. The Will, itself is not a compulsorily registrable document. Ext.P3 judgment covers the issue. In such circumstance, the first respondent is directed to register the document on presentation of the same. 2.The petitioners shall produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the concerned authority for further steps.
The writ petition is allowed.
