In pursuance of the order dated 27.11.2012, office has prepared a note dated 04.12.2012.
Having regard to the details mentioned in the note, office is directed to issue an intimation to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the cause title, informing him to comply with necessary requirement of the Registry including the requirement of supplying sufficient number of copies. The Registry may also inform the petitioner the time limit within which he shall comply all requirements of the Registry for issuing and serving the process to the respondents.
The returnable date of Notice shall stand extended to 15th January 2013.
