Registry has considered the present Civil Revision Application as unready on the ground that R & P is not received. However, on verification it has been found that learned Single Judge passed an order dated 21.06.2011 directing the Registry to call for the R & P and in fact the R & P is already received. Under the circumstances, it appears that the Registry has treated the present Civil Revision Application unready without verification of the record. Under the circumstances, the matter is ready. Registry is directed to notify the same for final hearing.
