It is submitted by learned AGP on instructions that proposal send by sponsoring authority is not send back to sponsoring authority and till today order of detention is not passed.

In view of above, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition, if any order of detention is passed against present petitioner. Permission is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice discharged.

If any fresh petition is preferred by the petitioner, in that event, it will be decided on its own merits.
