It is not in dispute that the name of the applicant, Sushilaben Maheshbhai Desai, is not in the charge-sheet in any of the columns and, therefore, the subject matter and the prayer of the applicant do not require any adjudication.

This application is disposed of. Notice is discharged. It will be open for the parties to take appropriate action in accordance with law if any grievance surfaces on record at a later stage.
