JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.
Nisha Parikh, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has filed a leave note. On 5.7.2011 also, she filed a sick note and the learned Judge was constrained to observe that the matter would proceed ex-parte on the next date of hearing. The learned advocate is consistent in filing sick note or leave note and the matter has not proceeded so far.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner upon information received from the petitioner, the wife, about non-payment of Rs.4000/- awarded by the Court below towards rental amount and further Rs.5000/- awarded to the wife in the proceeding under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Respondent No.2-husband is directed to personally present in the Court on 8.5.2012 at 11 a.m. S.O.
